First topic message reminder :

Welcome to the wonderful world of TES Skyrim. You know it by now, click the thumbnail to view the full-size screenhot and click the link to view the hidden screenshot I can't have displaued here. Have fun and enjoy the story. Let us begin...

My name is Bronkah Dovahkiir. This is my story. It Begins where it might have ended -- if fate had not intervened...
The Imperials had caught Ulfric Stormcloak, Jarl of Windhelm and leader of the rebellion. The civil war could have ebded this day. But the black dragon had other ideas...

Here we were on the road to Helgen, to our execution and on to Sovngarde...
"Sic transit gloria Imperii - So passes the glory of the Empire", I thought to myself.

I was called up to the block after the brave Stormcloak Soldier. But then, out of seemingly nowhere...

The Shezarrine - a Skyrim story - Page 6 20170902215919-1

The dragon saved my Life, but I was far from safe yet...

I followed Ralof, the Stormcloak Soldier into the keep...

We made it out together. Now we were on the road to the village of Riverwood...

"I don't think I have ever seen anything quite like this before..." Vilja said.

I had to agree with her, but we still had a long way to reach the Word Wall.

"Quetsegol vahrukiiv azzid viik do Briinahmaar do Sot Peyt, nakko wah fin laat naal ufiik do Korvag Kol," I read. "Ugh," Mirai said. "What?" Vilja said, who didn't understand a word. "This stone commemorates the bitter defeat of the Sisterhood of the White Rose, eaten to the last by the Trolls of Korvag Crag," I translated. "What a terrible fate," she said.

We still had not seen any sign of the Horn. We continued to fight our path through draugr and hazardous traps... until we came upon this series of gates. They were opened by passing these rocks that lit up. But the gates only stayed open very briefly. There was no chance to pass through, even how fast you could run - or was there? This must be what the Greybeards taught me this ne shout for.

Using the basic Whirlwind Sprint shout the Greybeards had taught me, I made it through. Once I was through the gates remained open so that also my followers could come through.

We were very close now...

The final stretch and there it was. But...

Dragonborn--
I need to speak to you. Urgently.
Rent the attic room at the Sleeping Giant Inn in Riverwood, and I'll meet you.

"What was that note about? Don't tell me... someone else has taken the Horn of Jurgen Windcaller, right?" Vilja said.

"Hi Dad! It is so good to see you again. How was the trip from Solstheim?" "Vilja, my dear lass! Oh, traveling was no problem at all, in fact it was a bit boring. I', ready for adventure right away!" Matthis said. "So am I! But you'd better say hi to your son-in-law first," Vilja said. "Of course. My dear son! I'm so glad that you wanted to join me for some adventuring. You did quite well the last time! Are you ready? Eh... I take it that you have already read my letter to Vilja?" "Of course!" I said. "Good! Then, let's not waste any time! You know Skyrim better than I, so it's better that you lead the way. Oh... I'd better tell you where we are going! Borge Berglund was going to a place called Ragnvald not far from Markarth. And that's where we are going, too. So, lead the way!" Matthis said.
We could've set out for Ragnvald straight from Dawnstar, but I wanted to pass by home first...

"Tell me honestly... what are your thoughts about children?" Vilja said. "Oh, I love kids! I would like to have a dozen of them!" I said. "A dozen! Are you out of your mind? Of course that is easy for you to say, but think of me, who would have to be pregnant all the time! I couldn't go adventuring with you, no armour would fit, nothing. I would love to have two or three of them, but a dozen... no, that's out of the question," she said.

https://ibb.co/MgdKB5N                                                             The Shezarrine - a Skyrim story - Page 6 20180606213459-1

If it wasn't obvious by her lactating breasts, Mirai was pregnant. Sofia quickly offered to join our expedition in her stead, so much so that I feared she'd probably castrate me if I rejected her. And Tindra, who I had expected to be very eager to come along? She suddenly showed some unexpected maternal instincts, wanting to stay with Mirai and look after her.

The Shezarrine - a Skyrim story - Page 6 20180606213757-1The Shezarrine - a Skyrim story - Page 6 20180607215330-1The Shezarrine - a Skyrim story - Page 6 20180607215448-1The Shezarrine - a Skyrim story - Page 6 20180607215649-1The Shezarrine - a Skyrim story - Page 6 20180607215702-1The Shezarrine - a Skyrim story - Page 6 20180607215724-1

So it was that I lead the expedition to Ragnvald, followed my Sofia, Vilja and Matthis...

Ragnvald turned out to be bigger than we had expected. Finding what we were looking for was going to take some time...

This skull must have some use. I bet it opens something somewhere in these crypts. But for now, we're looking for the lost armour...

The Shezarrine - a Skyrim story - Page 6 20180607221215-1The Shezarrine - a Skyrim story - Page 6 20180607221223-1The Shezarrine - a Skyrim story - Page 6 20180607221306-1The Shezarrine - a Skyrim story - Page 6 20180607221549-1The Shezarrine - a Skyrim story - Page 6 20180607221602-1The Shezarrine - a Skyrim story - Page 6 20180607221722-1

"You have the armour, son? Let me have a look at it," Matthis said. "Thank you. Hmm, it looks a bit worn, to say the least. Still, I'm sure that if I study it in detail, I will be able to duplicate it. And then I will of course make one set for you, and one set for Vilja," he said. "Thank you," I said. "Borge Berglund's weapons seem to be in surprisingly good shape, though. Why don't you take them? I'm sure you have more use for them than I. Now I'm really eager to get back home and to see if I can make replicas of the armour parts. I hope it is alright with you if I leave right away? I will come back to Skyrim once I have your new armour ready, and then I would enjoy some further adventuring together with you."
With our dungeon exploration cut short by Matthis' departure, we headed back to the entrance. We would have to come back and see what was hiding in the depths of Ragnvald another time. I was also eager to check on my young pregnant wife.

"I wonder if Father can make something good out of that broken armour. I hope he can - I liked the look of it," Vilja said.

It was good to be home again.

https://ibb.co/b6119fd                                                                                                          https://ibb.co/N9D53ZG

I decided to treat my young wife to a visit to the tavern. Of course Sofia insisted on coming, so did Vilja and Tindra...

We passed through Riverwood and past Whiterun. Mirai, this once timid girl seemed totally fine with exposing her breasts in public. If it was pride of her pregnancy or just knowing that her lactating breasts would likely ruin her clothes, I do not know.

We all had some nice time at Azzadal's Tears. Sofia, of course, got drunk. Tindra was happy to drink mead and Vilja downed quite a few too. She had quite a higher tolerance to the drink than Sofia though.

It was so relaxing, just spending time at home with my growing family. Mirai had settled in well and didn't seem at all bothered by being the center of attention.

https://ibb.co/YpqP2q7                                                                        https://ibb.co/Vm8T4bb                                                                         https://ibb.co/wz5n9wg

We also visited Dragonstead, where Shauna and Anduniel could meet my new pregnant wife. The little one had started kicking and they all said the same - it was going to be a boy. Vilja talked about how different it felt from her pregnancy, it just had to be a boy. Anduniel and Shauna had both given me sons and they remarked it felt just the same when they were pregnant. So... we would have to find a name for this child, this boy soon...

"I have received a new letter from my father. The armour is ready now, and he is on his way to Dawnstar. I think we should go there, too. By the way, he writes that if we don't mind, he'd love to stay in Skyrim for a short while and participate in our adventures," Vilja said.

"Good to see you again! I have been working on my own version of a Wolfcry Heavy Armour, and I'm very happy with the result! I made one set for you and one for Vilja. I think you will find them quite satisfying. I made an armour set for myself, too, of course. And now I'm eager to try it out. So, what say you? Can ol' Dad tag along for a while? I've spent so much time in my smithy that my knees are squaking when I move. It's time to brush off some dust from the old warrior. My beard may be grey, but I'm still as strong and hardy as an oak," Matthis said.

As the days passed and Mirai grew closer to full term, Tindra's behavior became more provocative. It was obvious she wanted a man to take her virginity. But I just couldn't do that - not with her father in the house...

Mirai gave birth to a little boy we named Aster. Vilja and Tindra helped her through the birth.

I decided Mirai needed to get out of the house for a moment. So we went to Whiterun...

Tindra became more and more challenging. Everyone who saw it could see she desperately wanted my sexual attention.

"Did you know some Alik'r warriors are looking for a Redguard woman?" I said. "Are you sure? Oh no! They've found me? I need your help! Please, come with me. I need to speak with you privately," Saadia said.

The crazy woman pulled a kife on us and threatened us.
"So, are you working with them? You think you can take me? You so much as touch me, and you're going to lose fingers. I mean it! I'll... I'll cut you in half!" she said. "Relax, I'm not going to hurt you. They just asked me to find you," I said. "I'm sorry, just... Just don't hurt me. I know you're not one of them, but you just can't help them. You can't let them know I'm here. Please, will you help me? There's no one here I can trust," Saadia said. "Maybe. What do you want?" "I am not the person that the people of Whiterun think I am. My real name is Iman. I am a noble of House Suda in Hammerfell. The men who are looking for me, the Alik'r, they are assassins in the employ of the Aldmeri Dominion. They wish to exchange my blood for gold. I need you to root them out and drive them away before they find me and drag me back to Hammerfell for an execution." "How am I supposed to get rid of them?" I said. "They're mercenaries, only in it for money. They're led by a man named Kematu. Get rid of him, and the rest will scatter. I don't dare show my face, lest they recognize me, so you'll have to find out where they are," she said.
Me and Mirai went back to the others.
"I don't trust her, she said. "It sounded all like lies." "No, she definitely was telling the truth... Most of the time," I said. "Though, the Alik'r definitely are not in the employ of the Thalmor. That was a lie. She's definitely a wanted criminal back in Hammerfell," I said.
We then went over to Jorrvaskr...

If Vilja had not told her to wear her top, Tindra would definitely not have done it. You could tell from her expression, Tindra was not happy being told what to do.
"I'm looking for work," I said. "We've received a desperate missive. A citizen of Whiterun has been kidnapped. The Companions have been asked for assistance, and we shall answer. Particularly when the pay is as good as it is. Get moving. I shudder to think what might happen if you're too late," Vilkas said.

"We rescued Organr," I said. "So I hear. You've brought honor to the Companions and yourselves," Vilkas said.
"I don't want to be mean in any way, because I really do like Farkas, but if he and Vilkas are twins, how come Vilkas got so much more brains?" Vilja said. "'Cause Farkas got the brawns?" I shrugged.

Aster grew quickly. It was remarkable how fast he reached adulthood. Tindra just couldn't stop ogling him. Matthis went about making another set of armour for him...

Post by Wotan Thu May 07, 2020 2:58 am

It was only a few days. Matthis had just finished the armour for Aster. Tindra had no difficulty persuading him to come along on a little adventure, just the two of them...

The Shezarrine - a Skyrim story - Page 6 20180611140614-1The Shezarrine - a Skyrim story - Page 6 20180611141805-1The Shezarrine - a Skyrim story - Page 6 20180611141907-1The Shezarrine - a Skyrim story - Page 6 20180611142028-1

As soon as her father, Matthis, had finished the armour for Aster, Tindra brought him to Whiterun. She had a spare key to Breezehome, my house in Whiterun. There they could be undisturbed...

https://ibb.co/YQZJHhg                                                                           https://ibb.co/6FdvxN1                                                                 https://ibb.co/VYw11Bp

Aster loved to please the young girl... woman - we have to fully accept Tindra is no child. And it would be surprising if she was not with child after the young couple's adventure in Breezehome. They spent some days alone these.

"Are you wounded?" Aster asked. "Please! This one's life is nothing. she begs you to go to Riverwood and save the young one," S'ahara said. "Hush now, and let me tend to your wounds. No sense in avoidable death. Let me bandage you." "This one thanks you... She is not used to such kindness. But you must hurry to Riverwood and save you young one! The elves must not get her or this one risked her life for nothing!" "If you're sure you'll be alright, then I'll head to Riverwood. Be careful though, or you'll reopen those wounds," he said. "This one is resourceful. She will manage, but you must hurry and find the young one!" she said.

Aster and Tindra made it to the Sleeping Giant Inn...

"Hmm? I'm sorry, but terribly busy at the moment," Albret said. "Forgive me, but this is very important. I must insist on your help immediately," Aster said. "If it's about my speciality wares, I'm afraid I'm sold out until sometime next week." "Nothing about wares. I'm searching for a young Khajiit girl somewhere around here. I believe she's in danger and I intend to help." "A Khajiit? Hmm, the only one I can think of is a very curious-looking one. She's quite pretty, if I say so myself. she usually comes around the back of the inn around dusk. The innkeeper leaves some food out for her. Do be careful though, a group of rough-looking mercenariescame in asking about her as well. You may have trouble with them," Albret said.

"Have you ever seen anything like it?" "No, never. How does she look so human? Doesn't even smell like a Khajiit. Usually you can tell." "Damn shame, too. I'd like to have her as my pet. I say we get a little payback for Laars and Lauri." "Get your head on straight. If we don't take her back, we don't get paid." "I'm not saying we won't take her back. I'm just saying I'd like to enjoy her first." "That's not a bad idea. I want in. But we can't leave any marks. So we'll have to be really gentle," the mercenary laughs. "And just who are you? Back off, this one's mine," he says when he sees Aster. "Takes a lot of skill and strength for three well equipped men to attack a defenseless girl," Aster taunts them. "Watch your tongue or I'll cut it out for you," the mercenary threatens. "Please, be my guest," Aster says. "Alright then, you asked for it! Get 'em!"

"She didn't ask for help! Leave her alone!" the strange girl says.

The Shezarrine - a Skyrim story - Page 6 20180612182446-1

"Did you find her?" Albret wonders. "We did, and we took care of some mercenaries. I think she'll be safer now," Aster says. "Well that's good. I'd hate for something to happen to her." "Does she always react so frostily?" "I believe so. She doesn't even talk to the innkeep. Just gets her food and leaves," Albret says. "Thank you for your time," Aster says. "Of course friend. And if you require my wares, seek me out. I'll see about a discount for you."
Aster and Tindra rent a room for the night...

There was no secret what the young runaway couple were up to alone in their room. Tindra's lutful moans could be heard in the entire inn. But... her big sister, Vilja, is no different when we make love.

All the sex the young coulple were having could only lead to one thing. There is no doubt in my mind, Tindra really wanted to get pregnant.

The following morning...

The Shezarrine - a Skyrim story - Page 6 20180612183329-1

"You there, I'm looking for an unusual Khajiit. Have you seen her?" Ulquarion said. "An unusual Khajit you say? My, but that could be any of them. They tend to be rather quirky," Aster said. "Don't get smart with me. You wouldn't be able to mistake this one. Now be a good dog and tell me everything you know." "How dare you presume to speak to me so? I'll teach you some manners!" Aster said. Ulquarion sighed. "I've had enough of this. Make an example of this one, I'm going back to headquarters," he said.

The Shezarrine - a Skyrim story - Page 6 20180612183534-1The Shezarrine - a Skyrim story - Page 6 20180612183624-1

With the Thalmor defeated, the strange girl made an appearance again...
"She saw what you did. You didn't turn her in. Why?" she said. "If the Thalmor want you, that means keeping you away hurts them," Aster said. "So you only helped her because the elves are mean? What about the bandits then?" "They were picking on a defenseless girl." "She is not so helpless! She has claws and a dagger! She killed one of them and their dog!" she said. "So you did. There were just too many of them." "Exactly! If she hadn't cut down their numbers and tired them out, they would have overwhelmed even you!" "If you insist. But what are you doing here? Tell me your story," Aster said. "Her story? She... she doesn't know! Not even her name! Why can she not remember anything?" "Panicking won't help you at all Just tell me what you do know." "What DOES she know... There was a kind elder that helped her, but with what? After that, she was running! Briars, bushes, and dogs! Loud dogs barking after her! She HATES dogs! Er... she means she was terribly angry at them! They made her mad but she had to run, because... because it was raining and she hates being wet! She's not scared of anything terrible!" the strange girl said. "I see. Go on." "She found some shelter, an old tower, and spent maybe a week there hiding. From the rain! Don't laugh at her! When the bar- rain had stopped, she left from there and ran until she ended up here, in this town." "Anything else?" Aster wondered. "She remembers a satchel! She left it in the tower because she was in a hurry! Maybe that can tell her who she is! You can take her there! And she will keep you safe from the mean old doggies around here," she said. "Follow me then."

The strange girl didn't display any fear of water when she and Tindra bathed together. They spent the night at Lakeview, Aster showed the peculiar Khajiit girl where she would sleep...

Aster found the satchel...

Dear M'rissi,
I'm afraid this is the only chance to send you a message. I've packed the satchel in a great hurry. Too bad I couldn't gather everything we talked of. Here is some money - everything I was able to get.
Run. Never trust anyone of your kin. The only weapon I could find was this knife, though it's better than nothing.
One more thing: I give you this ring. For you to always remember who you are.

"Well? What did the note say? Don't keep her waiting, and hurry would you?" M'rissi said. "It says your name is Fluffy," Aster said. "What! No fluffy way is her name that! Give her the note you fluffy trickster!" "Just kidding." "She knew it! Her name is M'rissi! Not some Fluffy!" she said. "So I take it you don't want to see the ring?" "What ring? Show her! She... This ring belongs to her. She remembers there is something important about it... But she doesn't know what." "So it's a bust?" Aster said. M'rissi sighed. "Yes. She cannot remember anything about herself or her life before she ran," she said. "I wonder if a jeweler could tell us more?" Tindra said. M'rissi perked up. "Yes, a jeweler! Such a one could definitely tell M'rissi about her ring! Hurry, we must find one!" she said. "You're a bit feather-brained, aren't you?" Aster said. "Her head is not full of feather! Neither is she fluffy! she'll get back at you one day for calling her names!" M'rissi said.

"Oh, hey there. I saw that Khajiit girl leave with you. How's she doing?" Albret said. "She doesn't remember anything about herself. I'm hoping you can help," Aster said. "How would I do that? Skilled merchant I may be, but certainly not a restorer of memories." "I assume you have contacts. I need to ask a jeweler about an unusual ring." "May I see it? My, that is unusual. Okay, I think I may know someone who can help you. However, you'll need to leave the ring in my care for a few days while I go to him to find out. The company he keeps is... less than reputable, you understand," Albret said. "How about I pay your fee and you tell me where he is." "Normally I wouldn't do that, but given the circumstances... Alright. His name is Salthasar, and he belongs to the Thieves Guild in Riften. Look for him in the Ragged Flagon." "Pleasure doing business," Aster said. "Always. Take care," Albret said.

I'd like to rent the attic room," I said. "Attic room, eh? Well... we don't have an attic room, but you can have the one on the left. Make yourself at home," Delphine said.

"So you're the Dragonborn I've been hearing so much about. I think you're looking for this. We need to talk. Follow me," Delphine said.
We followed her into the consealed basement...

The Shezarrine - a Skyrim story - Page 6 20180614214159-1

"The Greybeards seem to think you're the Dragonborn. I hope they're right," she said. "The Greybeards are right. I am Dragonborn," I said. "I hope so. But you'll forgive me if I don't assume something's true just because the Greybeards say so. I just handed you the Gorn of Jurgen Windcaller. Does that make me Dragonborn, too?" "What do you want with me?" I wondered. "I didn't go to all this trouble o a whim. I needed to make sure it wasn't a Thalmor trap. I am not your enemy. I already gave you the horn. I'm actually trying to help you. I just need you to hear me out." "Go on. I'm listening." "Like I said in my note, I've heard that you might be Dragonborn. I'm part of a group that's been looking for you... well, someone like you, for a very long time. If you really are Dragonborn, that is. Before I tell you more, I need to make sure I can trust you," Delphine said. "Why did you take the horn from Ustengrav?" "I knew the Greybeards would send you there if they thought you were Dragonborn. They're nothing if not predictable. When you showed up here, I knew you were the one the Greybeards sent, and not some Thalmor plant." "You said the Thalmor are after you?" I said. "Yes. We're very old enemies. And if my suspicions are correct, they might have something to do with the dragons returning. but that isnät important right now. What is important is that you might be Dragonborn." "How do I know I can trust you?" "If you do't trust me, you were a fool to walk in here in the first place," she said. "Why are you looking for a Dragonborn?" "We remember what most don't - that the Dragonborn is the ultimate dragonslayer. You're the only one that can kill a dragon permanently by devouring its soul. an you do it? Can you devour a dragon's sul?" "Yes, that's how I first learned I was Dragonborn," I said. "Good. And you'll have a chance to prove it to me soon enough." "So what's the part you're not telling me?" "Dragons aren't just coming back, they're coming back to life. They weren't gone somewhere all these years. They were dead, killed off centuries ago by my predecessors. Now something's happening to bring them back to life. And I need you to help me stop it," Delphine said. "What makes you think dragons are coming back to life?" "I know they are. I've visited their ancient burial mounds and found them empty. And I've figured out where the next one will come back to life. We're going to go there, and you're going to kill that dragon. If we succeed, I'll tell you anything you want to know." "How did you figure all this out?" I wondered. "You should know. You got the map for me. The dragonstone you got for Farengar, remember?" Right. You were at Dragonsreach when I gave it to him." "So you were paying attention. I arranged to have Farengar recover the dragonstone for me. It's what I do. I make things happen from behind the scenes. After all, here you are," she said. "The dragonstone was some kind of map?" "Yes. A map of ancient dragon burial sites. I've looked at which ones are now empty. The pattern is pretty clear. It seems to be spreading from the southeast, starting in the Jerrals near Riften. The one near Kynesgrove is next if the pattern holds."

"Kynesgrove. There's an ancient dragon burial near there. If we can get there before it happens, maybe we'll learn how to stop it," Delphine said. "Let's go kill a dragon," I said. "I need to get into my travelling gear. Give me a minute and I'll be ready," she said. "If she doesn't even believe you, I wonder what Delphine would think of me if she knew what I was," Mirai said. "That's better. Let's get o the road to Kynesgrove," Delphine said.

"Orgnar. I'm travelling. You've got the inn 'til I get back," Delphine said.

"We may end up dead, but at least it gets me out of Riverwood. I don't really think I'm cut out for the quiet life. There's an inn at Kynesgrove - the braidwood. I hear they serve a nice dark ale. Nothing on the Sleeping Giant, of course. I'm glad you were willing to trust me. I know it probably wasn't the best way to introduce myself. But old habits... you know," Delphine said.

"No, you don't  want to go up there! A dragon... it's attacking!" Iddra said. "Where's this dragon?" "It flew over the town and landed on the old dragon burial mound. I don't know what it's doing up there, but I'm not waiting to find out!" "Come on. Hurry. We might be too late," Delphine said.

"Sahloknir! ziil gro dovah ulse!" "Lorkhan's eyes! Look at that big bastard! Keep your head down, let's see what it does," Delphine said. "Sahloknir! ziil gro dovah ulse! Slen Tiid Vo!" "Alduin, thuri! Boaan tiid vokriiha suleykseun kruziik?" "Geh, Sahloknir, kaali mir. Fu, losei Dovahkiin? Zu'u koraav nid nol dov do hi. You do not even know our tongue, do you? Such arrogance, to dare take for yourself the name of Dovah. Sahloknir, krii daar joorre," Alduin said.

Alduin got away...

"I'll be damned, you did it! Wait. Something's happening... gods above!" Delphine said.

"I owe you some ansers, don't I? Go ahead. Whatever you want to know. Nothing held back," she said. "What do you know about the dragons coming back?" I asked. "Not a damn thing. I was just as surprised to find that big black dragon here." "I've seen that dragon before, the one that got away." "Really? Where?" Delphine said. "It was the one that attacked Helgen, when Ulfric escaped from the Imperials," I said. "Interesting. Same dragon..."

"Damn it, we're blundering around in the dark here! We need to figure out who's behind it all!" Delphine said. "Who are you and what do you want with me?" I wondered. "I'm one of the last members of the Blades. A very long time ago, the Blades were dragonslayers, and we served the Dragonborn, the greatest dragonslayer. For the last two hundred years, since the last Dragonborn emperor, the Blades have been searching for a purpose. Now that dragons are coming back, our purpose is clear again. We need to stop them." "What's our next move?" "The first thing we need to do is figure out who's behind the dragons. The Thalmor are our best lead. If they aren't involved, they'll know who is," she said. "What makes you think the Thalmor are bringing dragons back?" "Nothing solid. Yet. But my gut tell me it can't be anybody else. The Empire had captured Ulfric. The war was basically over. Then a dragon attacks, Ulfric escapes, and the war is back on. And now the dragons are attacking everywhere, indisciminately. Skyrim is weakened, the Empire is weakened. Who else gains from that but the Thalmor?" "Good point, So, we need to find out what the Thalmor know about the dragons. Any ideas?" I said. "If we could get into the Thalmor Embassy... it's the center of their operations in Skyrim... Problem is, that place is locked up tighter than a miser's purse. They could teach me a few things about paranoia..." "So how do we get into the Thalmor Embassy?" "I'm not sure yet. I have a few ideas, but I'll need some time to pull things together... Meet be back in Riverwood. If I'm not back when you get there, wait for me. I shouldn't be long. Keep an eye on the sky. This is only going to get worse," Delphine said.

"Yesss? Is there ssomething you need?" "I'm looking for someone named Salthasar," Aster said. "Then you have found him. How can I be of sservice?" "I need a ring looked at." "A ring you ssay? I haven't found a trinket that I couldn't appraise," the Argonian said. "I don't plan on selling, so the value is of little consequence." "Then I'm curiouss, why did you sseek me out? What is it that you wish to learn?" "I need to know its history, and if there are any hidden enchantments on it," Aster said. "You should know that my knowledge of magic i rudimentary. I can tell if there iss an enchantment, but if you want specifics, you'll have to seek out a mage. Let me ssee the ring. Curiouss little trinket. I have the information." "What do you know?" "Not sso fasst. I have done you a sservice, and you musst pay me for it," Salthasar said. "Listen, this ring is the only link my companio has to her past." "Your companion? She iss quite beautiful, yes. I would not mind to spend some time with her. I'll make you a deal. I'll give you the information you sseek, in return for one night alone with her." "If you so much take a single step toward her, I'll shave the quills from your head," Aster thretened the Argonian. "Alright, no need for violence! But you certainly cannot blame me for trying. In good consscience, 300 gold, and I will reveal all to you." "I think I'd prefer to allow my companion to sharpen her claws on your leathery hide for a bit. Cats like lizards, right?" "No need for all that! Get her away! Here, take the damned notess!" Salthasar said.

This is a clan ring that belonged to the chieftain of the Mirrsha clan, Ri'virr. When the Thalmor 'brought' back the moons, many of the Khajiit were quick to take the Thalmor side and give up their own pride, bowing their heads before their new masters. But not all. One of the Khajiit clans didn't bend knee. Ri'virr, their chieftain, considered the situation too beneficial for the Thalmor and suspected the clans had beed deceived. The chieftain decided not to take the new master's side.
The Thalmor declared this a ful-scale riot. In order to prevent such an attitudefrom spreading amongst other clans, troops were committed. Ri'virr managed to smash the forward units which had been sent to put down the rebels, but soon the major reinforcemts came. Nevertheless, Mirrsha clan's land was well fortified and suitable for defense, so the Khajiit managed to withstand the siege.
But then a sudden split shattered all their dreams of freedom. Ra'sadir, Ri'virr's younger brother, refused to obey his elder brother's commands and took sides with the Thalmor, taking part of the clan with him. There was a bloody assualt and although many of the 'long'eared ones' lives were taken by brave Khajiit, the defenders had been sabotaged by the brother's betrayal.
Ri'virr and a handful of his companions were taken alive. The Thalmor ordered Ra'sadir to take his brother's life himself, to prove his allegiance. Ra'sadir did so willingly.
That clan ring eventually became a symbol of the riot. The gem in that ring was special, a rare stone called a beacon, and when the moons were not seen in the sky, it illuminated the future of the clan. alas, one day it suddenly disappeared.

"There's quite a bit missing from this book," Aster said. "I can't ssay I'm ssurprised. Mosst of this lot down here are thievess because they can't do much else. Books can be hard to turn over for a profit, sso they see them mostly as worthless," Salthasar said. "Can you tell me who brought you this book?" "Anonymity creats opportunity. In this line of work, those that reveal secrets do not live long." "Forgotten already about my companion?" Aster said. "Damn you and your stray cat!" "Her claws are really itching for something to tear, you know." "He goes by Creep! He's here in the warrens! Now leave me alone!" The Argonian said.

"You sold this book to the jeweler Salthasar. You're goinng to tell me where you got it," Aster said. "And just why would I do that? You're in the warrens, friend. This is my turf, and my people. You can't intimidate me here," creep said. "And you think these folks give a damn about you? They can't stop me in time anyway."
Aster placed his hand on the hilt, threatening the outlaw.
"Why does my luck always get me in sitiuations like this? But please, don't be so loud. I was out searching for a mark when I happened on what looked like an abandoned shack. Being the curious type I am, I went inside to look around, but instead of dust, I found an old Khajiit. I drew my knife and told him I wouldn't hurt him if he stayed still, and he said I could have anything I wanted as long as I didn't take that book. So naturally, I assumed the book was extremely valuable. I took it, and he tried to stop me, so I... I struck him," Creep said. "You struck him. With your knife?" Aster said. "It's not my fault! I didn't mean to kill him, just wound him a little! If he'd just stayed where he was like I said... And to yop it all off, the book was worthless. If the leaders find out..."
M'rissi's eyes narrowed...
"Something tells me the leaders are your second biggest worry," Aster said. "Please! Don't hurt me! I'll show you on your map if you swear not to hurt me! It's right there, that's where it was. So I can go?" Creep said. "Well, I swore. M'rissi?" Aster said with a smirk on his face.
"What?!" "How dare you hurt her kin?!" M'rissi hissed. "G-Get back!" Creep said.

"She would like to leave this place," M'rissi said. "Let's go back home," Aster said. "She loves how you can treat wounds and make the undead flee! It's a very usefeul way to fight," she said.

Aster and Tindra wasted no time. She would without doubr become pregant, if she was not already. Truth be told, I bedded my wives just as often, and both would undoubtedly become preagnant, too - if it were not so soon since Aster's birth - Mirai was still not ready to conceive again. Vilja, though, she certainly was...

The following day, Aster led the party to the abandoned shack...
"If you find any shiny things, give them to M'rissi. She will take good care of them," the Khajiit girl said.
