Life returned pretty much to normal when we got back from our weekend trip, with one important difference. Sabine visited Sasha an awful lot, to the point where I didn't get to see Sasha for days. Both women head out into the back room, where they stay for quite a while.

"This takes even longer than regular clothes shopping. But I'm sure those dress-contraptions are harder to get into," Max thought.

Finally, Bella emerges from the back room.

"I feel like an over-dressed wedding cake, Max," she said. "It fits you perfectly though," he said. "That it does, but I think your girlfriend would benefit from something less extravagant. Would you like to try another gown?" the clerk said. "Yes, yes I would!" Bella said. 

The waiting continues and it takes even longer this time.

"What do you think?" Bella said. "Wow... Just wow," Max said. "Yes, this does seem like a better fit," the clerk said. "This one is a world away from that other dress," Bella said. During another round of waiting Max amues himself by watching the shoppers go by through the store window.
